hey there... there are a number of techniques. You can read the 'about me' page on my part of the website www.ballbellybear.com - gutnmusclebear to read how I do it. But I also recommend joining an email group that is related to belly pumping. there are a number on yahoo or also go to bellybuilders.com and on their message board theres a specific area dedicated to pumping... they'll be of great help.
