If you have Adobe Photoshop:
Copy & paste the body part you want to morph.
Then Distort it (Click EDIT, then TRANSFORM then DISTORT.)
Use the Erase tool to erase the excess.
Don't forget to FLATTEN the image when it's done. (Click LAYER, then FLATTEN IMAGE)

i'm a morpher. i have a simple programe called Animanie. i can make simple AVI's and GIFs. but photoshop is the best.
